Full-time Pay:
Based on experience We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC machining experience who can independently set up and operate equipment while producing accurate, high-quality parts. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to work orders and specifications Load materials and select the appropriate tools and machine settings Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements Make offsets and basic program adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Monitor machines throughout production and identify potential issues Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting Document production and inspection results accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all quality and workplace safety procedures Requirements Previous CNC machine operation experience required Experience completing CNC machine setups Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Ability to use precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards Ability to recognize and correct basic machine or production issues Dependable with consistent attendance Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Able to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team Preferred Qualifications Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment Previous experience in precision manufacturing Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes Apply today if you have proven CNC machining experience and are looking for a full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturing team.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
