Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routing machines to produce precise components and finished products. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure high-quality output while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Set up CNC routing machines, including loading tooling and verifying machine parameters before operation Program CNC routers using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate production Operate CNC milling machines, lathe machines, press brake machines, stamping presses, and other industrial equipment with precision Conduct dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery to minimize downtime Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe handling of materials Interpret production documents and manufacturing instructions to maintain quality control throughout the fabrication process Skills Proficiency in CNC programming, including experience with Fanuc controls and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and mechanical blueprint interpretation Knowledge of shop math, materials handling, tooling setup, and fabrication techniques in a manufacturing setting Experience operating various industrial equipment such as CNC lathes, milling machines, press brakes, stamping presses, and flexo presses Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues quickly and effectively Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments and the use of precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers Basic math skills necessary for precise machining and quality control tasks Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a focus on machining or assembly line operations Join our team as a CNC Router Operator if you're passionate about precision manufacturing and eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
