Job Description

CNC (SWISS) SET UP/ Operator Job Description Job Summary Immediate Opening for experienced CNC Swiss Set up Person to join our workforce on day shift 7:00 am - 3:30pm. Monday thru Friday. Swiss CNC machinist must be able to program, set up and operate Star Swiss Machines. Will also be responsible for setting up new and existing parts on CNC Swiss Machines, completing your own inspections, identifying abnormal product/material and troubleshooting. Re-Sharpening & tool grinding knowledge is a plus. Candidate must be motivated, independent and a punctual self starter with good work ethic. Experience Swiss Machining experience (Ideally with Star

SA-16, SA20R, SR32J, SV20

) Experience setting up Swiss Machines Proficient in utilizing inspection equipment such as Comparators, Micrometers, Calipers, drop indicators and gauges. Basic Math skills and Blue Print reading Proficient with G & M codes and ideally with Fanuc controls/programming.

Experienced required:
