Schedule:

2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain and program screw machines
• Adjust offsets to ensure part accuracy
• Monitor and maintain screw machines, including loading bars daily and cleaning out chips on scheduled basis
• New part programming with Esprit software and with machine controls
• Complete labor and tool change documentation
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality, as necessary
• Perform quality checks and testing of product, as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Star Swiss screw machines preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Strong mathematical skills
• CAD/CAM experience preferred Candidates with CNC lathe setup experience and a desire to learn Swiss machining are encouraged to apply.
