Job Description

  • Position:
  • CNC Lathe Operator
  • Location:
  • Wauconda, IL
  • Hours/Shift:
  • 3rd Shift | 10:30pm to 7am
  • You will train on 1st shift (6:30am - 4pm) for 2-3 weeks of training before transitioning to 3rd shift
Required Experience:
1 to 3 years of CNC Lathe Operating experience FANUC Inspecting Parts Making CNC Offsets GNM Code (general understanding is preferred) Multi-Spindle Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Running a belt-driven spindle alongside a bar feeder Prep material for bar feeder Moving chippins / gaylords / scrap bins You should be proficient in: CNC Tooling G-Code M-Code CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Spindle Maintenance & Repair CNC Machine Operating Lathe
