Key Responsibilities:

CNC Machine Setup and Operation:

Set up CNC machines by loading and unloading raw materials, securing them, and ensuring proper tool alignment. Program CNC machines based on technical drawings and job specifications. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure accuracy and that parts are being produced to specification. Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, tool changes) as necessary to maintain product quality.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ensure that all parts meet required specifications and tolerances. Perform routine quality checks and troubleshoot machine issues as they arise. Make necessary adjustments to the machine or process to ensure consistent quality output.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, oiling, and replacing worn-out tools. Identify and resolve minor machine issues (e.g., tool wear, alignment problems). Report major issues to maintenance staff and work with them to resolve complex problems.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating CNC machines to ensure a safe working environment. Keep the work area clean and organized. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding machine operation, quality control, and safety. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Documentation and Reporting:

Record machine operations, settings, and any adjustments made during production. Report on production output, quality control results, and any issues encountered during the shift. Maintain detailed logs of work orders, parts produced, and any machine malfunctions or maintenance performed.

Team Collaboration:
