Andover, Massachusetts CoWorx is seeking CNC Lathe Machine Operator for 1st & 2nd Shift in the Andover, MA area! Are you an entry level machinist looking for a CNC role where your skills and attention to detail are valued? Schedule & Pay:

1st

Shift:

6:50 AM - 3:20 PM | $26.00/hr 2nd

Shift:

3:40 PM - 12:10 AM | $28.60/hr

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts Load/unload materials and monitor machine performance Make offsets and dimensional adjustments as needed Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Deburr, clean, and document completed work Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors to maintain production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

1+ year of CNC machine operating experience Ability to read blueprints and specifications Experience using precision measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma Other Information:
