• Allston, MA Shift: 2nd shift, 2:00 PM
• 10:30 PM Key Requirements Fluent English speaker 1-3 years of relevant CNC/machine operating experience Experience with drill presses and/or engine lathes Ability to read and work from blueprints and engineering drawings Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and programming Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: CNC lathes CNC milling machines 3• 4• or 5-axis machining Fanuc controls Haas machines Mazak machines G-code programming Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and conventional equipment.

Work from production orders, blueprints, drawings, and standard work instructions. Perform machine adjustments, including offsets, wear, and geometry adjustments. Change collets, tool inserts, tool blocks, and tool holders. Enter and run pre-programmed CNC programs. Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, ring gauges, plug gauges, pin gauges, and similar inspection equipment. Maintain acceptable production quality and output. Assist with material handling, bar stock preparation, part cleaning, and scrap/waste separation. Monitor coolant and oil levels and perform basic machine maintenance. Follow established setup and production procedures. Identify and address basic machine or production issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate willingness to learn and improve. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
