Entry-level role supporting precision injection mold tooling production; ideal for individuals beginning a career in CNC machining.

Position Summary:

Assist in operating and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality components for injection mold tooling while learning machining best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines under supervision
• Load/unload raw materials and finished parts
• Monitor machine operations and detect issues
• Perform tool changes and offsets as directed
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and setup sheets
• Maintain production and quality documentation
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications

• Required:

• Vocational school
• completion or active
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Basic math skills (measurement, fractions, decimals)

Preferred:

• Exposure to CNC machining via coursework, training, or internships
• Ability to read basic blueprints or technical drawings
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Manual dexterity to handle tools and small components
