Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of computer-controlled machining equipment to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, contributing to high-quality output that meets strict specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, and CNC machining centers, ensuring proper calibration and alignment before production runs Program CNC equipment using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and adjust programs as necessary for optimal performance Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machinery, troubleshoot mechanical or electronic issues, and perform basic repairs to minimize downtime Follow safety standards in production environments, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean workspace to prevent accidents or hazards Skills Proficiency in CNC programming and CAM programming for efficient machine operation Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes including CNC milling machines Hands-on experience with factory operations, materials handling, packaging processes, assembly line work, and warehouse environments Strong safety awareness aligned with industry standards in manufacturing settings Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively Join our team if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
