You'll join a team that invests in new equipment, takes pride in a pristine floor, and rewards craftsmanship. Your Day You arrive to a stable temperature, power up a multi-axis lathe, and review the next job's setup sheet. You load material, dial in offsets, verify tooling, and run a first piece. With calipers, micrometers, and gauges in hand, you confirm features and dimensions, make fine adjustments, and then let production run smoothly. As parts come off, you spot-check quality and keep the process dialed.
