Immediate openings available. Integrity Trade Services is currently seeking CNC Operators for an exciting opportunity with our manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with machining, manufacturing, or mechanical experience who are looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career in CNC machining. Our client offers a progressive training and pay structure, allowing team members to cross-train on multiple CNC operations and advance through Operator I, Operator II, Machinist, and CNC Technician levels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery and supporting production equipment as required. Operate Mazak, Mori, Makino, and other CNC machines. Load and unload materials and finished parts according to established procedures. Call up and utilize machine programs and make tool offset adjustments with appropriate training and guidance. Perform machining operations including cutting, reaming, tapping, milling, stamping, and related processes on a variety of materials and part sizes. Monitor equipment and processes to maintain established production standards. Perform visual inspections and statistical process control (SPC) checks to ensure product quality. Utilize inspection tools, hand gauges, and measuring equipment according to work instructions and blueprints. Identify and immediately contain defective materials or quality issues. Document production information, downtime, and required quality checks to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain proper operation of machine safeguards, mistake-proofing devices, and fail-safe systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work cell. Participate in cross-training and certification on multiple CNC operations. Work collaboratively with team leaders, supervisors, and engineers to maintain and improve production standards. Assist with training fellow team members as skills and experience progress. Follow all company safety, health, environmental, and escalation policies and procedures. Attend required or optional training opportunities as available. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous CNC, machining, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate CNC machinery. Ability to read and understand blueprints, part prints, process specifications, and work instructions. Ability to effectively use inspection gauges and measuring equipment. Basic computer skills required for routine production tasks and documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to maintain established production standards and work cell expectations. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and a consistent work history. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as required to meet customer demands. Ability to successfully complete hands-on assessments and established training/certification requirements. Powered Industrial Truck permit preferred. Minimum two-year commitment preferred.
