This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality precision-machined aerospace components. Employee receives 100% employer paid benefits. Responsibilities Operate and run CNC lathe equipment with minimal supervision. Produce aerospace components while maintaining tolerances as tight as .0005". Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments and supplied gauges. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers. Accurately complete and maintain all required production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of CNC lathe operation experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Strong shop math skills. Proficiency with precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability preferred. Experience with Haas or Okuma CNC lathes is a plus. Experience with Mastercam programming is a plus.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to walk, lift, bend, reach, and move throughout manufacturing for extended periods of time. Ventura is an EOE Employer-(D/V)

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
