• Level 1 & Level 2 We are hiring CNC Machine Operators for two different skill levels with the same company! Whether you're looking to start your CNC career or have experience operating independently, we want to hear from you. Level 1

• Entry-Level CNC Operator Pay:

  $22
• 27/hour BASIC Operate CNC machines using established instructions. Load/unload parts and perform basic quality inspections. Use calipers and micrometers; perform deburring and packaging. Follow safety procedures and learn from experienced machinists. Level 2

• Experienced CNC Operator Pay:

  $27
• 32/hour, depending on experience Independently operate CNC machines using established programs and setups.

Read blueprints, measure parts, and perform in-process inspections. Make approved tool offset adjustments and replace tooling. Troubleshoot routine issues and maintain consistent part quality.

Requirements:

Basic shop math, print reading, and attention to detail. Ability to use measuring tools and follow safety procedures. Previous CNC experience required for Level 2.

Shift:

1st Shift (6:30am to 4pm
