Job Description

We're hiring an experienced CNC Operator to produce precision parts in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a full-time night-shift opportunity offering a consistent four-day workweek. What is Offered $22

28/hour starting pay Four-day workweek Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule Monday
Thursday, 5PM
5AM What You'll Do Operate lathes, mills, grinders, boring machines, and other machining equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Perform basic CNC programming and machine adjustments. Inspect finished parts using gauges, microscopes, and precision measuring tools. Verify materials and ensure parts meet quality specifications. Operate hoists and material-handling equipment. Complete production documentation and maintain a safe, organized workspace. What You'll Need 2+ years of relevant machining experience. Blueprint reading and shop math skills. Experience with machine tooling and precision measuring equipment. Basic CNC programming experience. Experience operating material-handling equipment, including hoists.
