We are an FDA-regulated provider of custom products for medical device manufacturers from regional companies to large multinationals that you'll know. The products are diverse, our environment is "medical grade white", and our workspace is 100% climate controlled. We work mostly with stainless steel and titanium, but other materials can be requested. We operate CNC mills from Haas, Mazak, Mori, and Willemin, electronic discharge machines (EDM) from Fanuc, and Star and Tsugami Swiss machines. Our products could be implanted in any one of us. RevZero is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Milling Operator . All Machinists are responsible for the daily operation of the machines in their area, inspection and the quality of the end product.

Chanhassen, MN Schedule:

1st shift; five 8-hr shifts (Mon-Fri) 2nd shift; four 10-hr shifts (Mon-Thurs), including compensation for shift differential Overtime available (both shifts)

RevZero's CNC Milling Operator:

Minimum Requirements- H.S. Diploma or equivalent

Required:

Two-year certificate in machine trades or equivalent experience

Preferred:

One year of experience setting up and Operating CNC Milling Machines (Haas and Willemin experience is a plus) Quality focused Experience in machine offsets and ability to communicate with teammates. Experience working with and inspecting tight tolerances Knowledge of Vision Systems, CMM and various hand inspection tools Able to commute to Chanhassen reliably or relocate prior to starting work Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken Job Functions for

RevZero's CNC Milling Operator:

Operate Milling Machines, basic load and unload of fixtures and parts Strong Knowledge of CNC machining processes, changing of tools, and making machine offsets based on data from part inspection Knowledge of Blue Prints and GD&T print specifications. Perform in-process inspection per Inspection Plans through use of Microscopes for Visual Verification, Calipers, Micrometers, gaging, vision systems and CMM (including documentation of results) Complete and maintain inspection paperwork for job in real-time as the job is running Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and as a team member, including providing feedback regarding machine process performance to the team Machine maintenance at scheduled intervals Identify opportunities for improvement and take action if appropriate, before a problem occurs.
