Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a full-time CNC Press Brake Operator for a premier manufacturing facility in the Duluth/Hermantown area. In this role, you will play a key part in the precision fabrication of high-quality aluminum components, ensuring parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Starting Pay:

$25.00

•$27.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

What You'll Do:

Operate CNC press brake machinery to produce precision aluminum components according to engineering specs and drawings.

Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate part fabrication.

Adjust machine settings, tooling, and back gauges as needed to maintain consistency and dimensional accuracy.

Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, tape measures, squares) for quality and conformance.

Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid Driver?s License.

Proficiency using basic hand tools and measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, squares).

Basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily and lift up to 70 lbs.

Bonus Points:

1-3 years of experience operating CNC press brakes or similar metal fabrication equipment.
