We're Hiring! CNC Operator We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator with at least 1 year of experience in CNC machining and manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and have strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials. Hours:

• 4:30pm-2:30am

M-Th Duties:

• Operate CNC lathes machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience required but the following is a beneficial
• Previous experience as a CNC machinist or in a similar role
• Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials
• Ability to operate hand tools and other equipment safely and effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
