Shift:

3:30 PM - Midnight, Monday-Friday 2nd

Shift Differential:

+$1.00/hour Pay $24-$29/hour , depending on experience and skill level Weekly pay with direct deposit available Attendance bonus opportunities What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines in an industrial manufacturing environment Perform machining operations across X, Y, and Z axes Read and understand machining requirements, prints, and job specifications Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the machining process Assist with troubleshooting and resolving machining issues Work closely with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently Develop additional skills in CNC programming, maintenance, job planning, and scheduling 5-axis machining experience is a plus, but most work involves standard X, Y, and Z machining. What We're Looking For Hands-on CNC mill setup and operation experience CNC machining experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Ability to understand and perform X, Y, and Z machining Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Dependable and willing to learn 3-5 years of CNC machining experience is preferred, but it's not a hard requirement. Candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply if they have CNC mill experience and are trainable. Room to Grow This position offers the opportunity to expand beyond CNC machine operation. As you gain experience, you may have opportunities to develop skills in: CNC programming Machine maintenance Job planning and scheduling Process improvement Department leadership For the right person, these skills could eventually lead to a CNC department leadership or management opportunity .
