to support our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision electrical and mechanical insulation components for power generation, industrial and transportation customers. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting tooling, loading programs, monitoring production, and performing quality checks using precision measurement tools. You'll follow strict safety and quality standards while collaborating with team members, contributing to continuous improvement, and growing your technical skills in a stable, family-oriented environment focused on long-term careers and employee development. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts to specification Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Load programs, select tooling, and perform offsets and minor edits as needed Monitor machine performance and part quality, adjusting parameters as required Use precision measurement tools to inspect parts and document results Follow safety, quality, and 5 S housekeeping standards at all times Handle raw materials and finished parts, including basic packaging and labeling Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment issues Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions Required Skills CNC machine operation Blueprint reading Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Machine setup and changeovers Basic G-code understanding Quality inspection and documentation Material handling Preventive machine maintenance Shop math Safety procedures and PPE compliance
