Job Description

CNC Operator/Machinist Job Description

Location:

Marceline, Missouri

Job Summary:

Moore Fans is seeking detail-oriented and experienced CNC Operators/Machinists to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to produce precision components used in our high-performance industrial fans. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a commitment to quality and the ability to work on a team-oriented production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision industrial fan components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints and work orders to determine machining requirements.
  • Select and install proper tooling, fixtures and materials for each job.
  • Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings to improve quality and eLiciency as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and meet production goals.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate production records.
Shifts Available:
  • 1st
Shift:

5 days x 8 hours, 40 hours (6:55 AM

  • 3:25 PM) Monday through Friday
  • 2nd
Shift:

4 days x 10 hours, 40 hours (3:20 PM

  • 1:50 AM) Monday through Thursday o +12.5% shift incentive
  • Flex Shift: 3 days x 12 hours, 36 hours (4:55 AM
  • 5:25 PM) Friday through Sunday
    o+25% shift incentive
