Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays. AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to support major manufacturing program. The Machine Operator will set up and operates a variety of machine tools to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions.
Essential Job Functions:
Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts while maintaining required tolerances and specifications. Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to determine machining processes, tooling, and setup requirements. Uses precision measuring instruments and machinist tools to inspect, assemble, and verify finished components. Performs machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening. Monitors quality standards and follows manufacturing procedures to ensure product accuracy and compliance. Performs routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, coolant checks, and basic equipment upkeep. Moves materials and completed parts through the manufacturing process using assigned equipment. Supports team operations by training and assisting other employees as needed.
Requirements:
At least 3 years' machine operator experience. Must be willing and able to work any shift to include working overtime as needed.
