Own the mill. Own your craft. While most of the world is asleep, our night shift crew is running precision machines, solving problems, and building parts that matter. If you like a quieter shop, less traffic on the way in, and a crew that has each other's backs, this could be your spot. We're looking for a CNC Mill Operator who knows their way around a mill and takes pride in getting it right the first time. What you'll do: Set up and operate CNC Mills with confidence Read blueprints and use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, air gauges) like a pro Verify parts match work orders before they head to QC Keep your workstation clean, safe, and running smoothly Train up teammates and share what you know Handle your paperwork accurately and on time Bring good energy to the crew — attitude matters as much as skill What we're looking for: Experience setting up and running a CNC Mill Comfort with precision measuring tools Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active on your feet (bending, reaching, kneeling — this job moves) Reliable attendance (we count on you, and you can count on us) Willingness to pitch in on OT when the schedule calls for it Why nights? Quieter floor, tighter-knit crew Monday•Thursday; 4x10s, 3:00pm•1:30 am
