WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play an important role in producing the materials used to complete kitchen cabinet projects for customers throughout the region.
Responsibilities include:
Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce quality cabinet components. Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet quality standards. Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and accuracy. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues arise. Complete production documentation and required paperwork. Move materials safely using forklifts and other equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure production goals are met. closely with operations and scheduling teams to meet production goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Preferred Qualifications CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with woodworking, cabinet manufacturing, machining, or related production processes. Ability to read measurements and use precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and problemsolving abilities. Dependable work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. We are willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with manufacturing, woodworking, construction, automotive, or other skilled trade experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
