Shifts:

1st, 2nd and 3rd We're hiring machine operators and CNC setup operators for manufacturing roles across all three shifts. If you have experience running CNC mills or lathes, drill presses, grinders or Hydromats, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do Set up and operate machines based on your experience and the position Read blueprints and work instructions to produce parts to specification Install tooling and fixtures and make adjustments as needed Check parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools Monitor production, identify quality issues and troubleshoot machine problems Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized What we're looking for Experience operating one or more of the following: CNC mills, CNC lathes, drill presses, grinders or Hydromats Ability to read blueprints and inspect finished parts Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic CNC setup experience, including tooling and offset adjustments, for setup roles
