Our client, a manufacturer in Middleburg Heights, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

2:30om - 11pm (train on 1st shift) What's the Job? Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to work order and drawing specifications. Load parts into machines, cycle the machines, and monitor operations for malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Utilize hand tools to deburr, de-gate, or polish finished parts Package all production in accordance with routing steps Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while communicating effectively with team members regarding production runs. What's Needed? 6 months of CNC machine operation and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes.
