Broken Arrow, OK Pay:
$23- 27/hour, based on experience Schedule Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM-3:30 AM Job Summary HireCall is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join a manufacturing team in Broken Arrow.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, reading blueprints, making offsets, and inspecting finished parts. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls Read blueprints and understand tolerances Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other standard measuring tools Make tool wear and work offsets as needed Change inserts and perform basic tooling changes Monitor part quality and make corrections when dimensions begin to move Maintain accurate production and inspection records Communicate machine, tooling, or quality issues as they arise Requirements Previous CNC lathe experience Experience with Fanuc controls Ability to make offsets without direct supervision Ability to inspect your own parts Basic understanding of tooling and common machining problems Dependable and comfortable working with limited support on night shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred, but not required: Setup experience and the ability to make minor program edits.
