Full-Time Multiple Shifts Available Like working with machines, measurements, and equipment that actually makes something? We're hiring CNC Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in Boardman. You'll help set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment while making sure parts are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable around machinery, and know your way around basic measurements, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines Load and unload materials and finished parts Read basic work orders, drawings, prints, and production instructions Use measuring tools to check dimensions and quality Make basic machine adjustments as needed Monitor equipment and report mechanical or quality concerns Perform routine machine and workstation checks Keep production moving while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Work closely with maintenance, production, and quality team members What We're Looking For Previous CNC, machining, manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operating experience preferred Comfortable working around industrial machinery and equipment Basic understanding of measurements and tolerances Experience using calipers, micrometers, or similar measuring tools is a plus Ability to read basic drawings or blueprints is helpful Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic Comfortable standing and staying active throughout the shift Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Ability to work independently while still being part of the team Why You'll Like It Here Steady work, multiple shift options, hands-on training, and the opportunity to build valuable machining and manufacturing experience.
