Shift:

3rd, 11PM - 7AM, Sunday -

Thursday Purpose:

 Responsible for daily set-up, maintenance, operations, and running of an EP 30 Pressing Machine presses that are NC (numerical controlled) with robotics attached to them.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Working in a team environment safely, operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture and packaging of various products. Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met. Executing equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and sustained production. Modify existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, providing quality control and in-process production testing

Complexity:

Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision.

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates:

High school diploma or equivalency 1-3 years of relevant work experience Quality Management Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support and environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Gemba Kaizen / Continuous Improvement Knowledge of the principles Lean Manufacturing Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches to lean manufacturing Manufacturing Equipment Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing Manufacturing Operations Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility Manufacturing Safety Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing safety. Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery Knowledge of robotics technologies and computer applications; ability to implement and operate them in an automated manufacturing environment.
