Operate one or two NC/CNC machines. Change machine tooling as required. Inspect parts to specified tolerances and engineering drawing requirements using approved inspection methods. Ensure finished parts meet quality standards and visual requirements. Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance. Enter labor and production reporting accurately each day. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Perform minor assembly functions as needed. Meet established production and efficiency standards. Report equipment malfunctions, tooling issues, and material concerns promptly. Properly identify and document defects or non-conforming parts. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand and walk for approximately 10 hours per shift. Ability to lift up to 85 pounds, approximately 5-10 times per hour. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures while wearing all required PPE.
