Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM About the Position FCA Packaging is looking for a dependable CNC Operator to operate CNC equipment and help produce quality products in a manufacturing environment. No programming experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC machine

operation experience who enjoys hands-on work. What You'll Do

Operate CNC machinery according to established procedures

Load and unload materials and parts

Monitor machines during production and make basic adjustments as needed

Inspect finished products to ensure quality specifications are met

Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges

Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements

Keep the work area clean and organized

Report equipment or quality issues to the appropriate team member

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds What We're Looking For

Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred

Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings

Basic understanding of machining and measuring tools

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
