Job Description
Quad Industries Inc. is hiring a 2nd/3rd Shift CNC Manager / Operator for our CNC machining operation in Bradford, TN. This is a hands-on shop role that combines CNC operation with floor leadership and shift management on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and run CNC equipment; HAAS familiarity is a plus.
- Read prints, hold tolerances, and understand basic tooling and fixture use.
- Lead or coordinate operators on shift and keep work moving safely.
- Support safety, throughput, quality, and clear handoffs to the next shift.
- Help troubleshoot routine production issues and keep the floor organized.
Requirements:
- Prior CNC operator experience is required.
- Supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
- Practical understanding of CNC setup, prints, tolerances, tooling, and fixtures.
Pay:
$20- 28 per hour depending on experience.
