Troy Industries is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Clarksville, Tennessee. In this position, you'll operate CNC machinery, assist with producing precision components, and help maintain the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Apply today and see what Troy Industries has to offer! Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes according to established procedures and work instructions. Load and unload materials and machine components. Deburr finished parts and cut materials to required specifications. Monitor machines and make basic operational adjustments. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance. Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous CNC machining experience preferred but not required. Experience operating Haas CNC mills or lathes is a plus. Basic math, measurement, and mechanical skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to quality.
