Temp-to-Hire Join a Precision Manufacturing Team We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who value precision, quality, safety, and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC 4•and 5-axis grinding machines. Load and unload parts while monitoring machine performance. Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and work instructions. Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or tooling as needed. Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Document production data and report quality or safety concerns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience in milling, turning, or grinding. Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T specifications. Knowledge of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds and speeds, and machine setup procedures. Basic G-code or CNC programming knowledge is a plus.
