Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Operator / Machinist, working Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Friday. 1st Shift is 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and 2nd Shift is 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

• In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of CNC machines to produce high-precision components. Your expertise in machining, blueprint reading, and measuring will drive quality and efficiency in our bright, clean, and

Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and other fabrication equipment with precision and safety in mind. Set up tooling and fixtures from a written CNC program in G-Code, a plus. Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part quality. Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on Haas, Kia, or other controls to maintain optimal machine performance. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines or CNC lathes within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Experience with factory safety procedures, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments confidently. Prior warehouse or manufacturing facility experience preferred; familiarity with quality control processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machine issues quickly and effectively.
