• Manage machine Operation to include setting up equipment, installing tools and fixtures, checking for required specifications using Blueprints and Operating Instructions
• Select, load and run program, modify set-up and tooling and make necessary machine feed, speed, and axis point adjustments.
• Monitor machine operation throughout Production run and check parts and make necessary adjustments to ensure part specification and quality standards are maintained. Job Requirements
• Familiar with CAD/CAM programs (Master Cam preferred). Good math aptitude with the ability to read blueprints/drawings and use precision instruments to measure parts.
