Turret Punch Press machines . Qualified candidates must be comfortable performing machine setups, making tooling adjustments, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality production standards. This is a technical setup position, not an entry-level machine operator role. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate

AMADA CNC

turret punch press equipment. Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments to punches, dies, and shims. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Load and position sheet metal according to work instructions and nesting layouts. Transfer CNC programs from servers to machines and make necessary programming adjustments. Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve material utilization and production efficiency. Perform first-piece and routine dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments. Inspect tooling for wear and perform basic preventative maintenance. Organize finished parts according to work orders and production requirements. Maintain accurate production records and report setup changes. Follow all manufacturing safety procedures and quality standards. punch press equipment strongly preferred . Ability to independently perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Knowledge of CNC programming, program adjustments, and production optimization. Experience using precision measurement tools. Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Willingness to cross-train and work overtime when needed. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to workplace safety.
