Previous experience setting-up and operating CNC machines / Ability to read, understand, and follow operating instructions, blueprints and safety rules / Ability to use gauges, calipers, micrometers
What You Will Be Doing:
Operate various CNC machines safely and efficiently
Produce components to established quality levels and cycle times
Execute based on provided blueprints
Measure parts to ensure conformance to established specifications
Perform set-ups and change overs based on different parts
Run various machines within the manufacturing plant
Load raw materials and unload parts throughout shift
Maintain machines with routine preventative maintenance What You Need for this
Position:
Previous experience operating a CNC machine
Minimum High School or Technical school
Understanding of machining processes and manufacturing operations
Past experience using micrometers, calipers, and gages for quality assurance procedures
Basic proficiency with Mathematics
Experience reading and executing blueprints
Ability to follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Benefits
