Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our team. As a CNC Plasma Table Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machines used for cutting metal sheets or plates.

Location:

Coalville, UT Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate cutting requirements.
Load materials onto the CNC burn table and secure them properly.
Set cutting parameters such as speed, depth, and angle.
Operate CNC machines to accurately cut metal according to specifications.
Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.
Inspect finished parts for defects and measure dimensions to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a CNC Burn Table Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Ability to operate CNC machines and understand cutting parameters.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
