We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our team. As a CNC Plasma Table Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machines used for cutting metal sheets or plates.

Coalville, UT Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate cutting requirements.
• Load materials onto the CNC burn table and secure them properly.
• Set cutting parameters such as speed, depth, and angle.
• Operate CNC machines to accurately cut metal according to specifications.
• Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and measure dimensions to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Burn Table Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to operate CNC machines and understand cutting parameters.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
