Requirements CNC or woodworking experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift Dependable attendance and commitment to safety High school diploma or GED not required Job Duties Set up and operate CNC woodworking equipment Operate dowel machines and edge banders Read blueprints and verify measurements Inspect completed products for quality Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance Troubleshoot basic machining issues Stage, label, and move production materials Assist with product assembly and inventory Maintain a clean and safe work area Experienced machinists may train operators and perform advanced setups Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
