Job Description

BFirst Machining is dedicated to producing quality components for a wide range of industrial applications. Position:
CNC Operator We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our machine shop team. The ideal candidate is experienced with CNC machining, understands precision tolerances, and can maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Positive attitude and pride of workmanship. Produce machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Sets-up lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, stops, and bar feeders; Mori Seki lathes experience helpful.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to follow instructions Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility Ability to work well with others Programming knowledge with Fanuc controls a plus Mechanically inclined. Able to work effectively with little or no supervision. Must be familiar with feeds and speeds in relation to different tooling and materials.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must be able to inspect parts High School Diploma or equivalent. Education or experience with machining operations. Ability to read and interpret prints
