CNC Operator / Machinist |
Heat Treat Facility Location:
Oshkosh, WI Pay:
Starting around $24 to $25/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Mon to Thu, 5am to 3pm or 6am to 4pm About the Role Our client, a heat treat facility, is hiring a CNC Operator/Machinist to set up and run mills and lathes. Mill and lathe experience is highly preferred. Setup experience is not required, and training is provided. Responsibilities Set up and run mills and lathes Load parts and make offsets or adjustments to maintain quality Read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings accurately Perform first piece inspections on setups and parts Optimize production rates while maintaining quality Complete setup sheets, part counts, and production records Keep your work area clean and organized Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience Familiarity with CNC machining and the ability to read and adjust G code Ability to read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, height stands, and indicators Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliable attendance Willingness to learn new machines and processes Physical Requirements Stand for the full shift Lift up to 75 lbs regularly Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment #IND7 #CelerityHire
