Job Description

About the Role As a Precision CNC Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by transforming raw materials into high-quality components. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC programming and machine operation to ensure we meet rigorous production standards and deliver precision-engineered parts for our clients. Responsibilities Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs to maximize production efficiency and part accuracy. Execute complex machine setups and operate CNC mills and lathes to meet strict engineering tolerances. Interpret intricate blueprints and technical drawings to guide the machining process for both prototype and production runs. Perform proactive machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure consistent output. Manage multiple machines simultaneously, maintaining high throughput while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring tools to guarantee every component meets specifications. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of professional experience in a machining environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering prints. Strong background in G-Code and M-Code programming. Expertise with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to operate manual lathes and other shop equipment with high attention to detail. Preferred Skills Technical certification or specialized training in the machinist trade. Experience with CAD/CAM software for program development. Proven ability to perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting independently. Familiarity with various CNC controller interfaces such as Fanuc or Mazak.
