Full Job Description Job Description/Purpose:

A cnc operator is vital to the success of the Profit Center (PC) team, to produce parts on time for our customers. The cnc operator programs and operates 3 cnc routers producing a variety of parts with various plastic materials. The cnc operator will be required to inspect for quality dimensionally and aesthetics. You are required to program from customer supplied drawings ( dxf, dwg) as well as creating a drawing from scratch or a model.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs daily programming and operation of cnc routers and a laser.
Safely and effectively operates the equipment. Axyz, multicam , edge finisher router. Epilog Laser
Works with the warehouse supervisor to set a production schedule to make sure we are completing jobs by due dates required, program parts via cad in advance of running the job.
Records finished goods produced
Post processing of parts as required
Other duties as required.
