3 Axis Mill CNC Programmer Intellivation manufactures high tech machines which are used in a wide range of industries including aerospace, defense, medical, energy, and solar. We are not a job shop. We utilize our in-house machine shop to manufacture the parts for these machines, working mostly with aluminum and also with stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, plastics, and some other metals. We are vertically integrated with all engineering, machining, welding, assembly, PLC programming, and testing operations performed on site. We are located in a purpose-built 53,000 SF facility constructed in 2020 which is clean and bright, many people say our machine shop is the cleanest one they have ever seen. We currently have 11 CNC machines including VMC's, Dual Spindle Lathes, a 7-axis multitasking machine, and one of the largest Horizontal Boring Mill's in the state of Colorado. We are seeking a top-notch, experienced individual to perform 3-Axis CNC programming. • 1:30 PM, M-F Typical Tasks
• Create new programs for 3 axis CNC mills
• Spend time on the shop floor diagnosing and resolving issues with CNC programs
• Adjust Feeds, Speeds, and offsets to ensure accuracy and quality of machined parts.
• Read part prints, and determine the best machining strategy to hit tolerances Requirements
• 5+ Years of Experience
• Smart, creative and innovative.
• Independent worker able to work without supervision
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Motivation to deliver precision, high-quality work
• Can-do, team-based attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Lift 50-80lbs.
