Join us and help shape our continued success! Position Summary Legere Group is seeking a Millwork Lister/CNC Programmer to join our team. This position will be responsible for processing CAD data and drawings from the drafting department into production-ready releases. The role works closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams to translate engineering drawings and CAD models into efficient machining instructions. Responsibilities Process CAD data and drawings from the drafting department into production-ready releases for manufacturing. Generate detailed cutting lists, part lists, and product lists for architectural millwork components. Create CNC programs for routers, machining centers, and panel saws based on approved shop drawings and 3D models. Convert 2D and 3D CAD models into machining instructions, toolpaths, and machine code using CAD/CAM software. Collaborate with programming engineers, drafting engineers, and production teams to resolve design issues and ensure accurate translation from design to manufacturing. Verify dimensions, tolerances, and hardware requirements prior to releasing programs and cutting data. Prepare production documentation including cut sheets, machining instructions, production travelers, and assembly instructions for the shop floor. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and production procedures. Required Skills Strong knowledge of CNC milling operations and machining principles Proficient in Cabinet Vision, imos iX, Cutrite, or Microvellum (2D & 3D CAD/CAM), AutoCAD or equivalent software. Pay:
$24.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
