The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machinery, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and efficiency in our production processes. Duties Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications and production schedules. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining operations. Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in production. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Package finished products according to company standards for quality assurance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment. Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during machining processes. Knowledge of logic controllers and their application in CNC operations is a plus. Experience with stamping press operations is an advantage but not required. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
