Job Summary We are seeking experienced CNC Programmers and Setup Technicians to join our machining team for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with CNC machine setup, programming, operation, and troubleshooting. Candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, make program adjustments, perform precision machining, and ensure all components meet quality and dimensional requirements. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment. Write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code, M-code, Mastercam, or similar software. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Perform machine setups, tool changes, fixture installation, and workpiece alignment. Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds, and feeds. Machine precision components using materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program or setup adjustments. Maintain quality standards, follow safety procedures, and keep the work area organized. Qualifications Strong CNC programming and machine setup experience. Experience with CNC milling, turning, or Swiss-turning machines. Knowledge of G-code, M-code, Mastercam, or similar programming software. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T. Experience machining tight-tolerance components. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently during assigned shifts. Available Shifts 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Candidates with 5-axis machining, SolidWorks, and medical device or precision manufacturing experience are highly desirable.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
