We're working with an established precision manufacturing company in the South Deerfield area looking to add someone with Mastercam programming experience to their team. We've known the leadership here for a couple of years, and they're good people. Down-to-earth, hardworking, and easy to talk to. At least 1 year of experience programming with Mastercam. That's our main requirement. CNC machining knowledge Ability to read blueprints Good work ethic Willingness to pitch in and help the team No engineering degree required.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam Work with CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipment Help troubleshoot machining and production issues Improve setups, tooling, and manufacturing processes Work alongside machinists and the production teamWHY WE LIKE THIS COMPANY
