•Overtime Available We are hiring experienced CNC Lathe Programmers to join our team! We are looking for skilled candidates with hands-on experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines. Candidates with aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule First shift:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Responsibilities Develop, write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC lathe programs to produce parts according to engineering drawings and blueprint specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and part specifications. Set up CNC lathes, input programs, make necessary adjustments, and operate machines through production. Take parts from print to finished product by programming, setting up, editing, and running the machine. Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements. Maintain accuracy, productivity, and consistent quality during prototyping and small production runs. Monitor machining operations and identify or resolve production issues. Communicate job progress, completion timelines, and any production challenges to the Operations Manager. Follow established work instructions, safety practices, and applicable

2015 procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Requirements Previous hands-on CNC lathe programming experience preferred and required for the programmer position. Experience with Mastercam or SurfCAM and G-code programming. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to independently program, set up, edit, and run parts to production. Experience with CNC turning and lathe operations. Knowledge of CNC machine brands such as Samsung, Haas, Daewoo, or Doosan. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Experience in aerospace, automotive, prototyping, or precision manufacturing is a plus

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
